□ Main work scope will include, but not limited to: 

• Deal origination and review
• Target company and industry analysis
• Valuation
• Investment Memorandum, Investment Committee Memo drafting
• Investment review and deal execution (Due Diligence, contract review, etc.)
• Portfolio management and exit 

□ Requirements

• Undergrad students and recent graduates (internship)
• Experienced professionals (manager and above) 
• Required skill set: Strong grasp of accounting / finance, research and analytical skills
• Preference: Experience in related investment field, certification (CFA, CPA)
